What’s the catch?
When people see the word free they automatically think there is going to be a catch. However, there really are no hidden charges. The only thing that you will ever have to pay for are the snacks and drinks you purchase from your free vending machine.
Will the low product prices increase after the vending machine has been installed?
Our product prices will only ever increase if supply companies raise their prices. We can guarantee that our product prices will always be cheaper than at the local shop or lunch trucks, etc.
If we are unhappy with the service will we be stuck with the vending machine?
We pride ourselves on having the highest level of service in the vending industry. In the highly unlikely event that you are not satisfied in any way, you are under no obligation whatsoever to keep the machine.
Can we choose what products go into our vending machine?
We offer a huge range of snacks, drinks and fresh food. We will ensure that we provide a suitable product range for your specific location. Your suggestions on product range are always appreciated.
Will we need lots of small change?
Most models will accept notes and coins so small change is not likely to be a problem for you. We also have cashless vending machines available, which allow you to make purchases using a smart card.
Will the machine always be stocked?
Our operators carry out regular checks to ensure that your vending machine is adequately stocked. For high volume locations we have a back to base monitoring system which allows our operators to check stock levels remotely ensuring that they know when stock is getting low.
Do you provide vending machines in remote locations?
We can provide free vending machines to companies in all major cities in NSW, QLD, Vic, SA, WA and NT.
