Service provided by RP Vending Systems

We have over 40, 000 vending machines located throughout Australia that are serviced by 1000+ independent owner operators. Our operators are all fully trained in all aspects of a vending business; from stacking and maintenance to customer service.

Most of our operators are supplied with our back-to-base monitoring system which enables remote monitoring of their vending machines through the internet with secure password access. This allows the operators to check each machines individual stock levels ensuring that your free vending machine is always stocked.
Your operator will live locally and you will have their contact details so that you can contact them if there is ever a problem with your machine. The owner / operators will always ensure they are not disrupting the workplace whilst filling your vending machine and they will be wearing a uniform to make sure that you can identify them.
